It is located in an ideal and peaceful area of the Staffordshire countryside, surrounded by fields and country lanes. Our circuit is located on the Fradley industrial estate, just off the A38 towards Burton-Upon-Trent.
Yes, you can overtake. There is plenty of room on our circuit to encourage overtaking as well as fair and clean racing. Something you won’t find at indoor ‘mickey-mouse’ tracks.
The International circuit is approximately 450m. The Family Circuit is around 400m in length.

We use 200cc Biz Senior Karts for adults with 120cc Junior Biz Karts for 8-12 year olds on our Family Circuit for practice sessions and children’s parties. We use Sodi GT4 Karts on our International Circuit for practice sessions and organised race events.
Our Karts are capable of over 40mph. May not seem that fast, but it is when your sitting less than an inch away from the ground!
Unfortunately not, as we are not insured for people to bring their own Karts.
No, we don’t. Our petrol powered 4-stroke race Karts are much quicker and more reliable than those inferior slow electric Karts you see at other circuits.
The cost of your event includes race suits, helmets and gloves. We will also provide wet-weather rain suits if appropriate.
All drivers must wear a balaclava when using Midland Karting’s helmets. The cost of a balaclava is not included in the event cost.
Single-use paper balaclavas may be purchased for 50p or, alternatively, a reusable cotton balaclava can be purchased for £2.50. Drivers may bring their own balaclavas.
No special clothes are needed although we suggest you wear older clothes and appropriate footwear such as trainers and soft flat shoes. Open-toed shoes/sandals or high-heels shall not be permitted.
We are happy to allow drivers to wear their own helmets, race suits, gloves, boots etc.
Helmets must be full-faced. Moto-cross helmets require chin-piece and goggles.
If it rains, you’re likely to get wet..!
We do provide full wet-weather race suits free of charge for inclement weather, including if the circuit is wet but it is no longer raining.
You are advised to wear appropriate clothing to suit the temperature!
