Mechanics

Our team of experienced Mechanics are responsible for managing our fleet of TBKart karts.

Hands-on experience in automotive mechanics is desirable but not essential as training will be given. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our fleet of over 30 karts and responding to urgent repairs and/or damage during the day.

Marshals

Motorsport cannot operate without Marshals, and our team of marshals are no different!

Responsible for communicating to drivers via flags, as well as promptly responding to crashes and incidents, our marshals are out in all weathers ensuring the smooth operation of our events.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Race Directors

Our Race Directors are responsible for ensuring all of our guests have an enjoyable race or practice session whilst maintaining the high levels of safety expected.

Not only will you be a great communicator, but you’ll also need to know the rules of karting (including the use of flags) and be familiar with the timing of sessions to ensure the smooth running of all events.

It’s expected that all Race Directors will have experience in marshalling prior to undertaking the role.

Sales and Customer Support

Often the first point of contact for our customers, our Sales and Customer Support team deliver outstanding service to all guests covering an array of queries and sales-related administration.

Your typical day will include managing bookings, responding to emails and/or social media queries, taking payments, liaising with Mechanics and Race Directors to ensure circuit and equipment availability and responding to complaints.

No experience is necessary as full training is given, but ideally, you should be familiar with day-to-day office administration and computer literate.
