Where possible, we do our utmost to be inclusive to all guests regardless of needs.

If you have any specific needs or requirements, please get in touch with a member of the sales team prior to booking.

Guests with limited/restricted mobility

For safety reasons, drivers must be able to get in/out of the karts unaided or with minimal assistance.

We currently have karts suitable for drivers with limited and/or restricted mobility. One of our TBR25 karts has been modified with hand controls, and a two-seater can be used for passenger rides.

Our car park and spectator viewing areas are flat and accessible for those with limited or restricted mobility, including wheelchair and/or mobility scooter users. Some areas may require ramp access which is available upon request.

Guests with SEN/Autism/ADHD/SPD etc

Motorsport is a noisy sport. We recommend guests wear ear defenders if they have difficulty processing, or are particularly sensitive to, noise.

We offer numerous “Autism-friendly” sessions upon request. If you require one of these sessions, please contact our sales office to create a booking.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs

We welcome guide dogs, assistance dogs, and other working/service dogs on site. For safety reasons, we do not allow other pets or companion animals in any areas of our facility. Working dogs must be clearly identifiable (e.g., wearing appropriate harness/vest) and remain under control at all times.
