Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally one or more events on our website may be incorrectly priced.

Where an event is listed at an incorrect price, Midland Karting Limited reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings placed for events listed at the incorrect price.

If the correct price is lower than the stated price, we shall charge the lower amount for your booking.

If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will cancel the booking and notify you of the price error.

If desired, you shall have the opportunity to pay the difference to keep your booking.

Your final price will be confirmed during your telephone booking, or during checkout when booking online.
